Even though gyms have reopened in parts of the country there is still a list of hurdles to overcome to get in a workout. So if you don’t feel like waiting for a time slot, wearing a mask, only having 45 min and no showers for your workout, try these full-body movements to train all of your muscles in one movement.
Man makers are one of the best exercises out there to activate all of your muscles and test your cardio endurance. We recommend the following based on your fitness level:
Beginner
2 sets of 8 with 1 min rest between sets
Intermediate
3 sets of 10 with 45-sec rest between sets
Advanced
4 sets of 15 with 30-sec rest between sets
