So you’ve started training and your giving it some serious attention. Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Bar Work. All of this excitement and stress can cause our joints to take a beating. Without proper attention to mobility, this is a recipe for a sore or injured body. 

 

Banded Pull – Apart’s are a great exercise to help keep your shoulders properly balanced and prevent impingement or pain. Add them into your training plan to look something like this:

2-3 times per week 

2-3 sets of 12-15.

Make sure the movement is slow and controlled with a 1-2 second pause at the top of the movement.
