The ultimate in at home personal training. We show up for each one of your workouts and hold you accountable through a 1 hour video call. We provide the workout and nutrition plan.

Nutrition Coaching

You cannot out train a bad diet!

Nutrition is the biggest factor in reaching your fitness goals, so don’t get left behind. Our 45 min nutrition coaching call will get you set up with everything you need to be successful.

We will work with you to customize an action plan and educate you on the best way to incorporate it.

A  few weeks after my 54 birthday, plagued with burnout and an overuse injury from running every day for the last 23 years, I signed up at Vitality Health & Fitness. I wanted to build strength and create more balance and was hoping to heal a hamstring injury that I had been dealing with since my last marathon 4 years prior.

My hamstring pain has long healed.  I am still getting stronger and learning to move efficiently, which builds my confidence, and has taught me to trust the processes regardless of however slow progress seems.  Because getting strong and staying fit is not a 6 – 8 week-long program.  It’s a lifetime program that we all need to maintain.  Being a beginner, at whatever stage you are at in life, takes humility, patience, persistence, and heaps of trust.

Meet Coach Kyle

Vitality Health & Fitness is a 800 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility equipped with all the necessary tools for strength and conditioning, located in Mindemoya, Ontario. We offer group, semi-private and individual coaching. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) in a manner designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Am I suitable?

Of course you are! These fitness classes have been designed for everyone. The greatest advantage of this fitness program is how easy it is for the workout session to be adapted to anyone who wants to give it a try.

Workout sessions can be carried out by everyone. You will only need to adapt the effort level and intensity at which your body can work. Try it out, and you will be surprised by how fast your fitness improves!
